Licensure and Standards
Our entire staff is CPR and First Aid certified, renewing every 2 years.
They engage in annual workshops and conferences for continuous professional advancement. All team members have undergone scrutiny by the Department of Social Services, requiring background checks and fingerprint clearance prior to employment.
Our team boasts skilled teachers with minimal turnover, bringing extensive qualifications. Each teacher is obligated to complete relevant college courses in Early Childhood Development and Education. Our operations align with Virginia's Early Learning and Development Standards (ELDS).

"The Classroom is not just a daycare for our 7 month old twins but we consider them an extension of our family. Our two littles have been at the Classroom since they were 12 weeks old and have been cared for with so much love. I really can’t imagine them being anywhere else while we’re away during the day at work.
Their communication is amazing- providing updates and videos when the kids do special things. They give them extra TLC when they aren’t feeling well and provide the things we might have forgotten to bring while rushing out of the house in the morning. Again, I really can’t say enough how great this place is! So thankful to have found such a safe, caring and fun space for the twins."
